The Winner!
A couple of weeks ago I had posted on my Facebook page about a chance to win a FREE Logo! The winner was Mandy, with her blog Serving While Saving.
Here is the Logo that she won! I also threw in a new matching button.

A look back through 2009...
2009 has been a crazy year. Joshua is a 7 year old in the second grade, which is big for me because 98% of my memories began when I was 7 years old, moving to NC, and Mrs. Efirds 2nd grade class. He’s reading chapter books, writing with perfect handwriting, and can do laundry! Hailey started Pre-K for the first time, and can write her name, recognize letters and numbers, and is well on the way to reading. She started riding with no training wheels, performed in her first program, (D is for Danger!), and made her first best friend. Obviously the most change would be in Leah. She went from a 4 month old baby to a 15 month old little girl this year and has experienced ALL the firsts! First teeth, rolling over, crawling, walking, first words, everything! January marks one year that we’ve been attending Next Level as well, which brought us to Hailey attending preschool for the first time in the first place. We’ve made new, lifelong friendships, and I feel like we’ve grown our family. I feel like I finally got a glimpse into a future career this year, a goal to look forward to when mommyhood graduates from fulltime to part time and all of my kiddo’s are in school. I’ve discovered new found talents that I LOVE doing.
It’s truly amazing what 12 short months can do in people’s lives. No matter who you are, or what you do as time pass, things change. I’ve never been big on change. In fact we were just talking on Christmas day how I would completely meltdown when my dad would shave, or if my mom changed her hairstyle as a child. I can pretty much deal with that now. LoL. I think I’ve come to terms with the fact that change is inevitable. Change is a good thing. What kind of mother, wife, and person would I be if I never changed? The three biggest changes in my life have made me who I am today. Becoming a mother, becoming a wife, and becoming a follower of Christ.
I won’t lie, I am sad to see 2009 pass. Even though I try and focus on what 2010 may bring. I know 2010 will be a big year. It’s inevitable. :o)
