My Latest Practice Shoot

Leah & Her Buddy

Leah has fallen in love with her "kid leash"! Lol...it's a little dog that Hailey wears on her back, and I hold on to it's tail so that she can't get far. (It's totally cute, not like the totally embarrassing wrist leashes my mom used on me!!)
Anywho, Leah loves this little dog! She's thrown many a tantrum over it! The other night, Daddy decided to be funny and put the dog on her backwards. She loved it! She walked around all night with her buddy. It was the cutest thing!

Emily, Harrison, and Jake

Emily and Harrison brought along their son Jake to their engagement session. Of course we had to get that awesome kiddo in on some shots too! Here are a few of my favorite family shots from the e-session.

New Look, New Blog, New Success!!

Okay, so as you can see I've got a whole new look goin' on here! You likie? I'm sure you've also noticed the new link at the top of the page to Retrospective Images! That is my new photography blog! I wanted a seperate place to share some photo's that I've either done for fun, or done for friends. I'm loving that I'm able to use my passion to help friends and family! So click on the link, and make sure to check back to see what new photo's may come along! Well, that wraps it up for the "New Look, New Blog", now onto "New Success!!".

Since first starting WW, I have lost 13.1 lb's!!! I am well on my way to my goal weight! Only 48.2 lb's to go!

Emily and Harrison

I honestly couldn't have hand-picked a better couple for my first engagement session. Emily and Harrison were AWESOME! Not only are they a GORGEOUS couple, but they are fun, and kind, and were willing to do ANY pose I wanted to try! I had so much fun capturing their love for each other. They made my job a breeze. They even had awesome ideas themselves. I can't wait to do future family sessions for them!**

Lauren and Pudgy

I had a BLAST shooting my first couple! They were so much fun! They recently celebrated their 5th anniversary, and the honeymoon is far from over. I am so happy with these shots! I look forward to doing yearly sessions with this beautiful couple.

Katie

As soon as my camera arrived I couldn't WAIT to pull it out and start shooting! Luckily I had a willing participant, my beautiful sister Katie! She came over that evening and I had my very first practice session. We had such a fun time, and I was really happy with the shots. Thank goodness for beautiful family members to practice on!
