Seriously? It’s Tuesday? Wow, I’m impressed. It went by so painlessly. I DIDN’T even have anything to moan about!
Okay, okay IF you actually read this blog regularly you may have been wanting to know about the moaning stuff I had spoke of Sunday. {“I already know what I’m going to moan about tomorrow…I wonder if I should start moaning about it now, even though it hasn’t happened yet…maybe it will be glorious and I won’t want to moan!! (Yea doubt that…and if you are wondering what I am jibber jabbering on about be sure to come back tomorrow! Der! ^_^)”} Wishful thinking worked in this case! orked OUT. At a GYM!!! Of course I am starting out slow, so it was only 10 min. on this stair stepper thing, and 35 min. on a treadmill, but I definitely broke a sweat, and burned some calories. And I’ll tell you what, I slept like a BABY last night! It was fantastic. I really felt great all day. I even went back today! I did an hour long class and got through the WHOLE thing. My sister was so proud of me, which made me proud of myself. :) Other than a muscle cramp in my back it was great! :)
Now, I’m pooped of course, but I had a really productive day. Got the car inspected, oil changed, picked up a few things at the store, worked out like I said, had an awesome lunch, and took Leah to the doctor. (She has a sinus infection.) Made a super yummy dinner, and now I’ve got American Idol to look forward to with some kickass gals from church.
Tomorrow is more gym time, followed by helping my sister wrap up the last few things to get settled in her new house. I’m just a wee bit scared of what I’m going to feel like in the morning. Right now I’m feeling muscles I haven’t felt in a loooooong time. I don’t think I’ll be in a lot of pain. I sure hope not anyway.
Hailey sang “Pants on da ground” yesterday. I had NO idea where she had learned it from. “Pop-Pop!” She told me proudly. (Oh great, now it’s stuck in my head again…)
Okay, okay, it’s Tuesday, so I’ll try and share something tasty…
Today for lunch I had
. It was soooo yummy! I had the oven roasted chicken breast, on 6” wheat bread, with spinach, green peppers, onion, tomato, and the fat free sweet onion sauce. Mmmm, thinking about it makes me want another one! To top it all off it was only 4.5 grams of fat, and lots of protein, and fiber. So I was nice and full. :o) Subway is one of the only places I can eat when I’m watching what I eat. I don’t have to suffer through the meal and pretend that I like what I’m eating. I actually like it! Not only that, but there’s so much to chose from that is under 6 grams of fat.
Okay, so boring, I know.
Just not feeling it today. Sorry folks. :o(
