Sunday Scramble

 

Happy Sunday ya'll! Linkin' up with the lovely Justine from Stupid is as Stupid Does for another Sunday Scramble.

It occurred to me the other day that I tend to take notes on anything and everything. If an idea pops into my head I have to write it down or it will surely be forgotten! Therefore I have taken to writing on anything with a surface capable of being written on. To prove my point I took pics of actual "notes" I have jotted down on a couple of things. In this case, a cup lid, and a MoneySaver.

In this case, I threw caution to the wind and scribble scrabbled, which is something I usually steer clear from.

Leah blows my mind! She is actually WALKING in her cast! It takes a lot to hold that girl down, that's for sure. She hobbles around like a little Tiny Tim. It's the cutest thing ever. (Mel actually calls her Tiny Tim, which I think is kinda mean, but kinda funny too.) I will have to take a video of her hobbling around before she gets her cast taken off. I hope she's able to walk okay once it comes off. I have no doubts that she will do just fine though.☺ {This was jotted down before the tantrum incident, in which her hobbling was indeed capture on video. You can check it out a few posts back!}

So remember my whole "Thirteen Things that Scare the Skiddly-Doo Out of Me" post? I posted that on Thursday, and while wasting 3/4 of yesterday on Facebook, I came across a post of a friend that read, "had a very eventful morning. rattlesnake in my bathroom! 2400 sq ft house for sale!" I mean WHAT THE CRAP?!?!?! I seriously got so freaked out just from reading that and her story, I think if it were to happen to me I am pretty sure I would die from never using the bathroom again. Either that or I would make a horrible mess of myself. Either way, OMG, it's gonna take me a while to get past that.

Hailey to Mel just this morning: "Can I get you a beer or hot chocolate or something?" 

I mean, could you get more random then that? 

Not only has Leah graduated to full-blow nose blower this week, she has also moved up in the speaking department and is up to 4 word sentences.(Although small words.) I.E. "I don't want it.", "I want a sip!", "I don't want to." and most likely the funniest and/or cutest, "Because I said so!" which she yelled at Hailey this morning.

Miss Leah:

She was lookin' rather cute before church last Sunday and I had to snap a pic...

I am really pondering on having more kids. I think it would just be selfish to deprive the world of such cuteness.

I think my family is dying from some sort of infectious mold disease.

I had a super-fab birthday dinner at Firebirds Rocky Mountain Grill last night! Food was YUM-O, and I got to chat it up with awesome peeps and fam. I only wish EVERYone I love could've been there! I got awesome schtuff's for my birthenday too. Thanks everyone! I love you!!!!!!

It totally looked like it was bleeding from wicked flesh wound, in which Melanie replied, "It's a zombie cake", which earned her mega-points in my book.

Mel is trying to paint the kids bathroom and because he took the door off he can't keep Leah out and because I'm too busy blogging I'm not keeping her out. And it's just not working out.
