Camera Love
I wish I could go back to the life of 50 snapshots a day.
I used to be SO good at capturing EVERYthing! Now I feel like I've missed out on a year of photographs.
I mean, I capture the big stuff. Programs, birthdays, holidays, etc. But I miss out on the fun daily things! I think I need to think about maybe getting a point and shoot camera again.
Saying I LOVE my DSLR would be an understatement. I adore it! I do! But I feel like it's so much harder to remember to get it out for the everyday snapshots than a point and shoot is. Also I find it IMPOSSIBLE to just snap away with that big mammer jammer. I find myself wanting to get really good portraits instead of snapshots.
Does that make sense? Does anyone else have this issue? Do you have a reasonably priced point and shoot you recommend? Something cheap for those everyday snapshots is what I'm looking for. Send any recommendations my way!
Thank you muchly. :)

I took over 4000 pictures the girls first year. Poor Corinne only has about 200 pictures. :(
I was so good about taking pictures of both of my boys the first year and up until Bug was born my oldest constantly had a camera in his face lol (he loved it even if he tells you different!). But now that Bug is 3 and G is almost 8, I find it just a pain to drag out my camera for every day stuff. Even a point and shoot.
But I do LOVE my camera :). My bf got it for me for Christmas this past year. It's a Kodak, I find it fabulous and takes AMAZING pics!
You have to unblockety block your email at Blogger! I tried to respond to your comment..... OMG how we were totally separated at birth. I so wanted to really go into just how disturbing Orphan is but didn't want to spoil it for others. Maybe in a week or two I'll do a follow up titled something like "If you didn't see Orphan yet after that fantastic intro I gave last week, you suck, also... don't read this, it's full of spoilers" It's rather long but catchy, I think. And Kaboom can suck it. I should email them the link to my post! Completely following you back.... my new bloggy L-O-V-E-R!!
I tried to love my little tiny Coolpix because is was so handy to carry around but I went out and got a Panasonic Lumix DMC-F35. It is bigger, but it is also light and I've had a great time with it!
