Hailey: Who cut the cheese? (pauses) You know, Daddy knows what that saying means because PA is close to Virginia.
Me: What does that have to do with anything?
Hailey: That's what people in Virginia say! They don't know what "fart" and "toot" mean.
Me: (blank stare)
Hailey: What? (shrugs shoulders and walks away)
And the hilarity ensued! I think one of the many of my favorite things about being a mom is getting to laugh at the things that these kids say!
