Thankful Thursday

Q-Tips


 
That's correct. I am thankful for q-tips.

Have you ever thanked God for Q-Tips in your Thanksgiving day prayer? I highly doubt you did. But picture your life without them! Okay, granted they may not hold the same status with you as they do with me. But I know personally I have never thanked my Lord for Q-Tips. Even though I am SO thankful for them! I use them E V E R Y.single.day. No joke. In fact I can't even walk into my bathroom without grabbing a q-tip! I'm obsessed with ear cleanliness! But it doesn't stop there. I use them every time I do my make-up, I use them to clean in little cracks and crevices, I use them for everything! I even have raised my children to be q-tip lovers. I know there's those rules about "nothing smaller than your elbow" should be placed in your children's ears. But I'm sorry. If I see yucky yellow waxiness I'm gonna swab that sucker out until it is squeaky clean! It's not like I'm sitting there jabbing the swabs into their ear canals with force. I'm quite certain my family has the cleanest ears around! LoL, okay maybe not, but still…


 
So yea, I'm thankful for Q-Tips. For without these white cottony little sticks of cleanliness ears would be waxy, crevices would be dirty, cracks would be dusty, make-up would be smudged, and who KNOWS what else. Imagine your life without Q-Tips! Think about it, don't they make our lives just that much more simple? I think they do…
