Joshua was home from school today. We spent most of our night in the emergency room last night. Raise your hand if you have ever heard of an allergic reaction attacking your joints! Yea, I had never heard of it before either. But apparently having an allergic reaction can cause your antibodies to go crazy and do weird stuff like A} Break out into horrible hives, and B} Have inflammation and pain in your joints! I'm not sure if that's 100% the correct description as it was one o'clock in the morning when I spoke with the Dr., but it's close enough. After a shot of epinephrine, and a good dose of steroids we were sent on our merry way and made it home around 3 am. Sooooo although he wasn't sick, Joshua got to stay home today on account that it's just not easy to function on 3 hours of sleep.
I have been SUPER busy myself, and it's been awesome! I had so many orders to place the past few days for photo prints and Christmas cards! It's all so exciting! I've been also been busy designing invitations, and have been working on a designing a new blog for my best friend. I had an order arrive yesterday and it's so fun to see my work in print! I love it! I am crossing my fingers that we will FINALLY be able to decorate our Christmas tree tonight! It's been sitting there bare for days now! The poor thing...we have our outdoor decorations up, and most of the indoor. I'll tell you what though, it doesn't feel like December today. It's SUPER windy and WAY too warm. One of the very few things I hate about NC living are the mild winters. Bring on the snow!!
