I want, I want, I want! Me, me, me! Now, now, now!!

When ever I'm feeling whiney and obnoxious I see Dustin Hoffman with bad teeth, in a big black wig saying, "I want, I want, I want! Me, me, me! Now, now, now!!". I'm pretty sure I have a whiney and obnoxious moment at least once a day. I'm quite possibly the only (almost)twent-five year old to throw a tantrum. Not one of those, "I want an oompa-loompa NOW!" tantrums, but one of those whiney, tired tantrums where I just thrash around dramatically like a two-year old in desperate need of a nap. My husband has a heart of gold for looking passed my toddler-like quirks. Here, let me demonstrate the difference in tantrums:

This is a "I want an oompa-loompa nowwwwww!!" Tantrum. This is the typical child-like tantrum. Many  mothers would easily recognize this tantrum.  You may have seen a young child demonstrate this tantrum in stores such as Walmart.

This is an example of my, much more mature, tantrum. My mature tantrum consists of thrashing and flailing. Not hitting and kicking. (Mostly going back and forth between curling up into a ball on my side and then dramatically throwing myself out onto my back...and then back into a ball again, repeatedly...)

Let's do the math:
Hitting+Kicking=Immature-Child-Like Tantrum

Thrashing+Flailing=Much-More-Mature-Photog-Nazi-Like Tantrum

Now that you are up to date with my tantrums, let me explain why it is that I am having an exceptionally whiney night. After a lovely, and much needed get-together with a friend at Starbucks I stupidly indulged in a slice of Reduce Fat Cinnamon Swirl Coffee Cake. You would think that being "reduced fat" and all that it wouldn't KILL me POINTS® wise. Well it didn't kill them. It MURDERED my points! That "reduced fat" coffee cake made my Weight Watchers POINTS® it's bitch. Why couldn't I just drink my Skinny Vanilla Latte?! Why?! Now I have gone over my daily points allowance by 4pt.'s, and I won't be able to have my bedtime snack. Which will probably mean that I will eat in my sleep. (Yes I eat in my sleep, but that's aWHOLEnother post for ya....) So anyway, I'm sure you could see why I'm cranky, and whiney, and prone to flailing tonight. Now please excuse me while I thrash about....
