A Change of Mind...
I was once an Adam Lambert hater. I am now an Adam Lambert lover.
It happened after seeing this video.
I had heard his new single on the radio, and thought, "Hey, this is a catchy little tune!" I caught myself humming it, and singing it at random times during the day. I found myself turning it up when it came on the radio. I was really startin' to dig the song. I thought, "Ugh I HATE Adam Lambert, I'm so ashamed for loving this song."
Then I saw the video. We were watching Full House reruns on Teen Nick, and sometimes they play videos during commercial brakes. I just so happen to catch this one. And I fell in love. It made me love the song even more. And it completely changed my mind on Mr. Lambert. He is a cutie-patootie, hot stuff Mr. Man! I dig the whole eyeliner thing, but I really love him al naturale, sans make-up. I think that's when he's the most gorgeous.
Unfortunately I still don't think I will ever be able to forgive him for his album cover. lol WHAT WERE YOU THINKING ADAM?! (Perhaps I'm secretly jealous that he's like a billion times prettier then me?!)
Oh well, I love you anyway!

That's great you've changed your mind, Brianne. Out of curiosity, why did you hate Adam before? Adam fans like me watch every interview and he is extremely sweet, humble, articulate, funny, and everyone who has ever worked with him say he is extremely nice and professional and so NOT a diva. He always supports the other season 8 idols, even though they don't do the same for him. He's also raised a lot of money for charity. The media criticizes every little move he makes and ignores all the positive and how much he makes people happy. He's seems to get a lot more love internationally; it's a shame his own country doesn't appreciate him.
I guess I paid too much attention to the bad things people had to say rather then forming my own opinion on him. Once I really paid more attention, and formed my own opinion, it was easy to see how incredibly lovable he is! :D

This is such a sweet story. Glad you joined the fan club. For those of us who have been a part of the club since Adam started on AI, we are always thrilled to see people who are won over by Adam's charm, generous spirit, and once in a lifetime talent.
The only trouble you might have now is if you are only a fan of "no make up sweet Adam" because he WILL switch it up and do fierce and sexy. I love it all (good boy, bad boy, sweet and sexy), but for those fans who only favor sweet Adam (WWFM), it can get rough.
Hi Brianne. It's great that you've joined the thousands of us that are crazy about Adam. There's something that goes beyond his amazing voice and stunning beauty. Adam was talking about his album cover in the UK this week and how many people in the states 'didn't get it'. It is supposed to be camp, glam, over the top and tongue in cheek. Thanks for responding to my comment asking why you hated Adam before. It takes a person with great character to form their own opinion even after hearing so many negative opinions from others. He is gold in three countries and platinum in one. Maybe he will gain acceptance in the US only after international success, just like Lady Gaga.

Haha, this is so funny. I'm not much of an Adam fan either, but he does have a nice voice.
They did get the rest of the luggage, the day after we arrived actually. They were good about getting it to us fast. They were missing a suitcase and the pack-n-play... not that the boy's been sleeping much in it. ;)
LOL at the post here that says if you like the sweet Adam it can get rough. Adam is all about Showmanship.
As a person he is sweet, caring, good looking, talented and so on...
BUT on stage performing he ranges from sweet and soft (simple) to a sexy over the top thrill master. Nothing better than to see Adam perform live, but just hold on to you seat and enjoy the ride. He is always changing up his looks.
And remember, as he would say "it's not that deep". Just have fun and be entertained!

Congrats on becoming an Adam fan, and the biggest thing you will learn is that, just like the CD cover, every day is a new adventure with Adam. Sometimes you love what he does or wears, sometimes not, but you will know he does it from his heart, his brain, and the intention of being an artist and true to himself. Pretty soon, you will celebrate the incredible person he is and smile at his originality and the joy he puts out to the universe.
I am going to have to watch the video after I leave this comment. I have never heard the song before. I am pretty much indifferent to him though. We'll see if it changes my mind.

I love Adam, so I am always happy when someone else realizes that he is just a little piece of wonderful! He was my favorite on Idol last year from his very first audition so I had a rather enjoyable season (it was last year, right? Mommybrain). I love his style, and I forgive him for having better skin than me. :)
