Anywho, on with the scrambleage!
Okay, so I KNEW Easter was coming of course, I mean we celebrate it! It is most likely the MOST important holiday to us! It is THIS day that our KING has RISEN!! So WHY was I at Walmart 4o'clock in the morning buying plastic eggs, and Easter basket fillings?! WHY!? Why did I wake up in a panic at 3:45 realizing I had forgotten that the next day was Easter?! Because I am a slack mama with a mad case of ADD.
Oh, and let me mention that when I woke up at a panic at 3:45am, I THOUGHT it was 4:45am. My clock is a super-mega idiot and changes time by itself, ON THE WRONG DAY!!! So when I traveling on down the road and saw that it was actually THREE and not FOUR, I was a little aggravated.
Church was AWESOME today! I mean, it's always awesome, but it was just really cool today because there were SO MANY PEOPLE there! I don't think there was an empty seat in the house. SUPER COOL YAY!
And oh my gosh did I MENTION how incredibly C U T E the girls were today?! Yea, well they were so just nauseatingly cute. They were wearing custom, handmade dresses from the fab Mod Millies! (I will definitely post about her site when it's up and running.)
Okay, so sick-to-my-stomach nervous about some craziness going down tomorrow. Eek!
Besides the whole, super early Wally World trip, it was a great Easter! Like I said, Easter service rocked at church, the girls were so adorable in their dresses, and Joshua was Mr. McHandsome in his new duds! The kids had so much fun hunting for Easter eggs, and after some drama, Easter dinner was delicious! It was awesome to spend time with family, and remember what was done for us over 2,000 years ago.
It's awesome to know that I am a sinner, But I am forgiven!
And to top it all off, I'm sitting here with my kiddo's watching the new Alvin and the Chipmunks movie, enjoying the sound of their giggles and laughter! ^_^
