I don't celebrate Cinco De Mayo. I never have. But I'm not of Mexican decent and have no Mexican heritage. {That I'm aware of.}
I just like to use it as an excuse to indulge in some super yum-o Mexican food. You can keep the margarita's {for now} send the fajitas, pollo con creme, and enchiladas my way!
