Naps should be had by all. They an amazing cure for many things. Stressed out? Take a nap! Hard time focusing on a task at hand? Take a nap! Need a little pick-me-up? Take a nap!
Naps are like little energy reset buttons. Even a 10 minute cat nap can do wonders! It's usually about this time of day that I doze of somewhere. I catch a few winks for 10, 20, 30 minutes, sometimes more, and wake up with a new wind ready to beat dinner and my evening into submission.
I think there's a misconception that because you're busy you don't have time for naps. You'd be surprised at how much of a boost you can get from a micro-nap. Probably more so than you'll get from any supplement! Sit in your car, rest your head on your desk, and take a breather. You'll wake up ready to tackle your day!
Seriously, while I'm typing this my eyes are lagging and I'm yawning up a storm. Excuse me while I go grab a nap...
